Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. You get the full plan during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you’re not charged; otherwise the plan you picked continues, billed monthly or yearly.
Why is there no free plan?
Publishing to ten networks reliably — tokens, retries, previews and support — costs real money to run. Paid plans keep Postloom independent and ad-free, and the trial lets you try everything first.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Yearly costs about two months less than paying monthly for a year.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks. Postloom tells you which limit you reached (accounts, posts this month, seats or AI connections) and you can upgrade in one click.
Do AI assistants cost extra?
No. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Claude Code connect through Postloom’s MCP server; each plan includes a number of AI connections. You use your own assistant subscription.
Can my agency run several clients?
Yes. Group each client’s accounts, invite teammates with owner, admin or editor roles, or create a separate workspace per client.
