Terms of service

Template — review with a lawyer before launch. This text describes how this Postloom installation works, but it isn’t legal advice.
1. What Postloom is
Postloom is a service for writing social media posts once, tailoring them per network or account, previewing them, and publishing or scheduling them to accounts you connect. It also offers an MCP server so AI assistants you authorize can do the same on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to a workspace.
- Workspace owners decide who joins, which role they have, and which AI assistants are connected.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Every plan is paid and starts with a 7-day free trial, once per workspace. If you don’t cancel during the trial, the plan you chose continues and is billed monthly or yearly, as you selected.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (accounts, posts per month, seats and AI connections) are shown on the pricing page and enforced in the app.
4. Your content and connected accounts
- You keep all rights to your posts and images. You give Postloom permission to store, process and send them to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.
- You must follow the rules of every network you publish to. Networks may reject posts, limit features or revoke access; Postloom can’t control that.
- Don’t use Postloom for spam, harassment, illegal content or to impersonate others.
5. AI assistants
When you connect an AI assistant, it acts with your role’s permissions in the workspace you chose. You’re responsible for what you ask it to publish. You can revoke any connection at any time.
6. Availability
We work to publish scheduled posts on time, but delivery depends on the networks’ systems. Failed deliveries are shown in the app with the reason and can be retried.
7. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Postloom is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
9. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
